It is 5:20 PM and they still have not delivered the valentines flowers I ordered for my wife. I placed order a week ago and it is on my charge card statement. They do not answer the phone and they do not have voicemail setup. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card and report them to the BBB if I do not get my flowers today.
Not impressed at all. Got something completely different than what was ordered, and most of the flowers were old, brown, and wilted. A couple of the big lilies were missing petals. Tried to call 6 times, no answer, and not set up to take messages. Pretty disappointing...
